A deposit is required to reserve your order. The remaining balance is due the day your beef is harvested and hanging weight is determined.
Yes. Customers purchasing half or whole beef will be contacted by the processor to determine cut preferences, including steak thickness, cut sizes, packaging, and specialty cuts, etc.
For individual meat boxes and à la carte orders, cuts are pre-selected based on availability and inventory.

Beef is packaged and transported in a temperature-controlled refrigerated environment to ensure it arrives fresh or frozen at your doorstep. Proper temperatures are maintained throughout delivery.
