Reserve your half beef share with a non-refundable deposit.

This deposit secures your reservation for a half animal in our current processing schedule and guarantees your spot for custom butchering. Once your deposit is placed, your half share will be reserved. Once your deposit is placed, your order will be reserved and scheduled for processing. Your contact information will be provided to the processor. The processor will contact you to get cut preferences. Once the order is complete we will deliver it to you.

Our beef shares are sold based on hanging weight (carcass weight), which is the weight of the animal after harvest and before trimming, aging, and final processing. Final pricing will be calculated based on the actual hanging weight and the current price per pound. (Current price is $8.50/lbs hanging weight).

Because every animal varies in size and processing selections, the final total price may vary from initial estimates.
