Local Delivery Only (within 70mi), if outside if this range please contact us.
** No frozen shipping available at this time** (if orders outside of CA are placed, order will be cancelled & refunded).
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
*Product availability
*Fraud or unauthorized transaction
*Order confirmation emails do constitute final acceptance of the order
*Errors in pricing or product description
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full at checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a recurring subscription:
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
If cancellation occurs after billing, that order will ship and is non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship perishable products on scheduled shipping days to preserve quality.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for immediately refrigerating or freezing products upon delivery.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in additional fees or forfeited products.
6. Perishable Products Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
All sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns of meat products.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:
*Order number
*Description of the issue
*Clear photographs of the product & packaging
Failure to report within 24 hours may void eligibility for replacement or credit.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are not issued for perishable goods once shipped.
Approved claims may receive:
Replacement shipment, or Store credit (at our discretion)
We do not issue refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers.
