From pasture to plate, we take pride in doing things the right way. Every box is handpicked and thoughtfully curated, featuring premium cuts selected for quality, freshness, and flavor. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all assortments — we offer a variety of packages to match a variety of family needs. We also offer the option to assemble your own package if our picks don't suit you.

Nutrition matters—and many of our customers ask: “Are your cattle grass-fed?”

Our cattle are raised on native grasses and high-quality hay for the majority of their lives. In the final stage of feeding, we also include brewer’s grain, a nutrient-rich byproduct from the beer brewing process.

Brewer’s grain is not traditional corn or grain feeding. It is high in fiber and protein, and is commonly used to support animal health while improving the quality of the beef.

What This Means for Your Beef:

Balanced Nutrition

  • Grass-based feeding provides natural sources of omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and antioxidants like vitamin E.

  • Brewer’s grain adds additional protein, fiber, and minerals that support healthy weight gain and muscle development.
